Wave + Cubase 11 problems

Hi guys, I have a problem with some keys shortcut... 
For example, I mapped the long press lower button (trigger mode) with the " * " keyboard command, that in Cubase starts the recording, but it not work. 

Same with Undo/Redo shortcut, respectively mapped with the click/long press upper button (trigger mode) with the "ctrl+z"/"ctrl+shift+z" keyboard command, but Cubase receives only the "z" keyboard command without "ctrl" and "shift", as if it didn't recognize them.

Anyone know how to fix this?
