Unfortunately the main / needed program is does not start and not working 😭

I have a problem the first attempt to start the software genki ring has failed ... 😭 I instaled the program well and what should I do now? I have WINDOWS 8.1 Pro 32Bit - can't install program software genki 😭 I have WINDOWS 10 Pro 32Bit and instal software genki, and the program software genki does not start 😭 I have notebook Dell Inspiron 9400 Notebook. Please HELP me 😔😭😭

If the program does not start, it is useless hardware genki ring for me.

    Kolejny raz mam problem z uruchomieniem oprogramowania.

    Zainstalowałem oprogramowanie GENKI, przed zainstalowaniem musiałem włączyć opcję "Instaluj mimo to".

    Mam windowsa 11 64bit i wszystkie zaintalowane aktualizacje windowsa.

    Próbowałem instalować DirectX i Java i netframework, niestety nadal to samo się wyświetla.

    ENGLISH

    I'm having trouble running the software again.

I installed GENKI software, had to enable "Install anyway" before installing.

    I have windows 11 64bit and all windows updates installed.

    I tried installing DirectX and Java and netframework, unfortunately it still shows the same.

    Please Help Me !
