Wave's battery drained when not used
Hi,
I noticed that my Wave ring is loosing its charge when not used. I charged it the sunday 1 of november and by the 7 it was completly drained with very little use. I thought that maybe I didn't turned it off properly, so I recharged it completly the 8th of november and when I opened the box this morning (15th) the ring was completly drained without any use at all during the last week. Has anybody else experimented that? Regards

Joanne from Genki suggested to me to update Wave with the latest firmware.I didn't have time to update it yet but I hope it will fix this ennoying battery draining issue.
I did a firmware update two days ago. I plan to check the battery status in the next 5 days. I wish you good results...

Turned it on today to check. I tried to run it because there was a firmware update, but the update didn't work and it stopped. :-[
So I contacted genki.
Anyway, I want you to be successful.
Sorry to hear that!! I haven't done it yet cause my only "computer" is an Ipad Pro and I need to hooke up the Wave to a friend's computer to do the update. I will report my results here as soon as I 'll do it. Good luck!!
