Wave for work won’t launch

I’m having all sorts of issues with Wave for Work. I got it to work once, and then I couldn’t get the UI back, but oddly it still worked as if it was there. I’ve relaunched and looked at security settings (I’m ok Big Sur) but not sure what to do. I’m having these problems on both laptop and desktop.

  • You are not the only one.

    It appears the company is silent on the subject, and from what I can tell there is a good chance it's distributing malicious software that has the potential to install viruses or malware on your computer.

    I have not been able to start properly Softwave.app application on two separate computers running the latest BigSur. The error I am getting in the terminal is this one:

    $ open /Applications/Softwave.app

  • I am about to get security experts involved because I no longer trust that GENKI has their customer's interests in mind. I have not received a single response.
