Cosmos doesn't work anymore

I've purchased COSMOS VST as soon as it got released.

After latest update after 3 minutes of usage it stops working and it asks to insert my purchase mail.

I've done that but it doesn't work.

Anyone faced the same issue?

Do You know if the company is still active?

Got no reply to support request.
