any communication from the genki support II.
...one month later... after I received an apology email from Daniel from Genki... nothing happens. No further communication, no action... I returned the gear - it's as hopeless as their customer service. Will I ever see the money back?

How sad. I'm having issues too and they seem to be ignoring me as well.
