Wave instantly disconnects and Softwave crashes

My Wave was working perfectly but now every time I open Softwave, the Wave connects briefly before it disconnects and then Softwave crashes. I'm on Windows 10 (64) and tried changing the privacy settings just in case that might help, have uninstalled and reinstalled Softwave so it's the current version. Wave is not directly paired through Windows settings.

Can anyone help, it's driving me mad and I really need it for a project I'm working on. I've contacted Genki support three times now and had no reply other than to say they've created a ticket.

  • I've contacted you numerous times through various channels about this and have yet to receive any help. I'm so, so disappointed by this and really regret buying the Wave. It was fantastic when it worked but now I just feel like I've been ripped off. Your support really isn't. :-(
