How do I get support? No one at Genki is responding.

Hi, I see the "Genki Instruments" account hasn't posted anything in this support community in over 9 months.  I tried contacting someone for support and haven't received even an acknowledgement (other than the automated email from Zendesk).  Is this company and their products abandoned?



  • I have the same issue. Wave for work doesn't work with my new computer. I'm running on Ventura OS. The ring doesn't connect. They replied to an email on the 10th of November, but just said sorry it took them so long and asked me about OS version. Still waiting for the reply.

  • Someone replied to my email and offered a solution. It didn't work, but there is a support person.
