  • The same problem occurred : The app is terminated just after launching. Temporarily solved following the way shown above using sudo. Thanks.

  • The application `/Applications/` is eithier not properly signed, or us outright malicious. Here is me trying to start it as root:

    laptop:~ root# cd /Applications/
    laptop:Applications root# open

2021-05-15 20:56:15.386 open[16751:7920394] There was an error parsing the
Info.plist for the bundle at URL <0x7fcee16211a0>: NSCocoaErrorDomain - 3840
The application cannot be opened for an unexpected reason, error=Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain

How can you be promoting and releasing the app that's fundamentally broken?

Please refund me my money immediately.

  • Thank you so much for reaching out! There is a small bug in the current version of Softwave that causes it to crash on some macOS systems due to inconsistent Bluetooth permission settings.

We've already fixed this in the next version of Softwave, which should be out in the coming weeks. Please have a look at this thread for a temporary workaround in the meantime:

Rest assured that Softwave is properly signed and every release must pass Apple's malicious software check before it is deployed.
